How To French Kiss
The French kiss also called as 'soul kiss' because the life and soul are thought to pass through the mouth's breath in the exchange across tongues. This kiss involving the tongue is a passionate one. The tongue has a very sensitive surface, which is why tongue to tongue is the essence of French kissing.
Here's how to go about French kissing:
1. Set the scene and make sure that you have a clean, fresh breath. Don't forget to be well groomed and appear clean and fresh to your partner. Bad breath and unclean appearances are major turn-offs. Also make sure that the mood and time are right.
2. Get into a comfortable position and relax! You can't kiss if you are all nervous and tensed. Relax! Take a deep breath and let go of any tension in your neck and shoulders.
3. Put your arms around your partner, firmly but gently. You could hold their shoulders, waist, arms, neck or gently cup their face in your hands (one side or both sides.) Move your faces closer and you could angle your face a bit so as to avoid bumping your noses.
4. Start off with the normal closed lips kissing. Though closing your eyes is optional, closing your eyes increases the sensations you feel. Continue kissing gently and get comfortable with the simple lip to lip kissing before going any further.
5.If fine till here, in mid kiss, gently open your mouth and softly nudge your partner's mouth open using your tongue. Pay attention to your partner's body language. If they seem uncomfortable or start to pull away, stop what you are doing.
6. If your partner lightly parts their tongue, slowly explore the other person's tongue and inside of their mouth in a gentle licking motion. If they open their mouth more or there is an indication that they like the kiss, keep on doing the same, only with a little more passion.
7. As you continue to kiss, saliva builds up, which can be a problem. So, always remember to swallow.
Do take care to keep the following things in mind:
Good, clean breath is a must.
If you or your partner (or both) have braces, just be more careful and gentle. Avoid getting as forceful when things get passionate.
Don't forget to breathe from your nose.
Don't bite.
Stop if you sense your partner getting tensed or uncomfortable.
